Service Delivery

All services are delivered electronically and remotely through secure communication and support channels.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services cannot be delivered
  • Duplicate payments are processed
  • Technical limitations prevent completion of purchased services

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally will not be provided after:

  • Services have been completed
  • Remote sessions have been performed
  • Support plans have been activated
  • Customer-approved work has been delivered

Refund Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval.
